Identified
We've identified the issue as being caused by issues with our email relay service to AWS. We are working with AWS to resolve this.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue with sending emails from the platform.
This includes password reset emails and webform emails.
If you need your password reset, please raise a ticket and include your phone number so we can provide you with a temporary password.
