This release will update the version of Drupal core to Drupal 8.6.12, address all current security advisories, and introduce a number of minor bug fixes and module updates. The Event Log Track modules has also been added.

The GovCMS team has completed testing on this release, and will be deploying GovCMS D8 1.0-beta3 to all GovCMS D8 SaaS sites on Monday 18 March, between 1800-2200 AEDT.
